Exchange and Return Policy

1. Exchange of defective products

 

1.1. The ABCD SLOT CAR virtual store will exchange the product(s) purchased by its Customers, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Defense Code.

 

1.2. The product exchange option will only be available in the event of a defect being found, and the Customer must notify the Customer Service Center and follow the instructions received so that the exchange request is analyzed and processed.

 

1.3. If there is delivery of products other than those originally purchased or the product is defective, the consumer must refuse receipt or request an exchange of the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 

1.4. If the product to be exchanged is no longer available, the Customer may exchange it for another product of the same value that is available in the virtual store. If the customer chooses to exchange for a higher value product, he must pay the difference in accordance with the instructions that the Sales Center will provide.

 

1.5. If the customer opts for a refund:

 

a) If the purchase was paid via bank slip or bank deposit, we will deposit the purchase amount in the account indicated by the customer via e-mail, within a period of up to 15 working days after the defect is verified;

 

b) If the purchase was paid by credit card, we will request a refund with the card. This procedure can take up to 15 business days.

 

 

2. Purchase regret (return)

 

2.1. If the Customer regrets a purchase made, he may exercise his right to express his interest to the Customer Service within a period of up to 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product.

 

2.2. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify if the product was used or its destruction, even if partial. In these cases, the return will not be possible.

 

2.3. Products must be sent in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

 

2.4. Once the purchase is canceled, ABCD SLOT CAR will take the necessary measures and the amounts will be refunded to the Customer according to the means of payment used to make the purchase (clause 1.5, items "a" and "b").

 

2.5. In case of exchange for regret, the payment of freight for the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. About the exchange or purchase regret

 

3.1. Any return or exchange of products sold by ABCD SLOT CAR must be communicated to the Service Center, before sending the products back to our Distribution Center.

 

3.2. It will only be accepted the exchange or withdrawal request of the product purchased by the Customer who is:

 

a) Perfectly packed in the original packaging;

 

b) Accompanied by the manual and all accessories;

 

c) No signs of use or consumption;

 

d) Accompanied by the 1st copy of the Sales Invoice or DANFE (In the case of Individuals) or accompanied by the Return Invoice or DANFE (In the case of Legal Entities)

 

3.3. ABCD SLOT CAR will only exchange products after confirming, in our Distribution Center, that the product is suitable for replacement. This process may take up to 15 (fifteen) business days from the receipt of the merchandise in question at the Distribution Center.
